Leisure Travel Consultant

About the role

AlgarveCycling is seeking a friendly and proactive Leisure Travel Consultant to join our sunny team in the Algarve. You will be the main point of contact for travel agencies and guests, helping them design and book unforgettable cycling vacations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with travel agencies and clients to understand their cycling vacation preferences.
• Design and customize cycling tours and travel itineraries in the Algarve.
• Coordinate bike rental and tour bookings, both online and in‑shop.
• Lead welcome meetings and provide essential information to guests.
• Maintain smooth communication with local hotels, transport providers, and guides.
• Deliver professional, solution‑oriented service throughout the guest’s stay.

Required profile

• Friendly, open personality with strong team spirit.
• Quick learner with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and at least one of German, French, or Dutch.
• Available to work six Saturdays per year (with a compensatory Monday off).
• Customer‑service mindset, capable of handling welcome meetings, guest support, and sales assistance.
