Lead Product Marketing Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for our privacy‑tech SaaS portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will bridge product, content, brand and operations teams, turning complex technical features into clear, customer‑focused narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Define product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers.
• Own the product‑led growth strategy, set priorities and long‑term direction.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new features, from announcement to launch.
• Develop use cases based on real customer needs and craft compelling stories.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to keep the product ahead of the curve.
• Streamline internal communication processes related to product updates.
• Enable sales teams with materials, tools and knowledge to drive conversions.
• Track growth metrics, report on performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• At least 5 years of product marketing experience, including 2 years focused on product‑led growth.
• Proven ability to position highly technical SaaS features, from customer‑needs analysis to messaging and GTM execution.
• Solid understanding of software development dynamics, SaaS metrics and functionality.
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to contribute to company growth.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product managers and user researchers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across cross‑functional teams.
