Growth & AI Lead – Performance Marketing & D2C

About the role

We are a high‑growth startup delivering premium whole‑house water filtration systems across the UK and soon Europe. As we launch a direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) e‑commerce channel, we need a Growth & AI Lead to own the performance‑marketing engine, AI‑driven automations, and the new online sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Meta and Google, managing strategy, creative testing, budgets and cost‑per‑lead performance.
• Lead the D2C e‑commerce launch, overseeing conversion optimisation, funnel design and campaign execution.
• Develop high‑impact creative assets, ad hooks, video briefs and landing pages that drive conversions.
• Build and extend AI‑powered automation workflows (Claude, GPT, n8n, GoHighLevel, WhatsApp) to eliminate manual marketing and operations tasks.
• Support the consultative direct‑sales channel by delivering high‑quality leads at low cost.

Required profile

• Proven experience running paid social or search campaigns (agency, in‑house or freelance).
• Hands‑on expertise with AI tools such as Claude, GPT and automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a creative eye for ad concepts.
• Self‑motivated, fast‑learning and comfortable working in a scrappy, early‑stage environment.
• Fluent English.

What we offer

• Salary €35,000–€55,000 per year (depending on experience) plus performance bonus and equity options.
• Ground‑floor position working directly with the founder, with a clear path to Head of Growth.
