Lead Product Manager – Global HR Platform

About the role

Oyster is looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and execution of either the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain of its global employment platform. You will shape customer‑facing experiences, internal tools and operational workflows that enable companies to hire, pay and care for talent anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap, outcomes and success metrics for the assigned domain.
• Lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery of new features, regulatory requirements, tech debt and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Go‑to‑Market teams to ensure feasible, high‑quality solutions.
• Represent the domain in senior stakeholder forums, communicating trade‑offs, risks and impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership of complex products.
• 3+ years in HR‑tech, hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll or B2B SaaS in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to apply AI and automation to solve customer and operational problems.
• Data‑driven decision making using quantitative and qualitative insights.

Required skills

• Strong product discovery and problem‑framing capabilities.
• Experience building AI‑powered or automation‑driven features.
• Comfort with cross‑functional collaboration in multinational, fast‑growth settings.
