KYC Team Leader

About the role

The KYC Team Leader will manage a team of KYC Officers, ensuring all activities comply with KYC policy and internal procedures while driving quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define objectives and conduct regular performance reviews with each team member.
• Ensure team results meet quality targets and deadlines.
• Foster strong team spirit and customer focus across KYC officers and stakeholders.
• Track and report KPIs to management accurately and timely.
• Identify, propose and implement continuous improvement and change‑management solutions.
• Manage team resources, including reorganization, mobility and recruitment as needed.
• Communicate team activity and potential issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procedures, perform management controls and investigate incidents.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in compliance or KYC.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Organisational skills and ability to share knowledge.
• Capability to develop others and support change.
• Fluent English.
• Masters in Law (preferred).
