Key Account Manager – Media Streaming

About the role
Bedrock is a European tech venture that powers streaming platforms for major broadcasters. As a Key Account Manager you will act as the trusted liaison between Bedrock and its media clients, helping them shape and evolve their streaming strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and lead strategic client meetings such as Steering Committees.
- Manage commercial relationships, including monthly billing, pricing requests, and coordination with Finance.
- Prepare project quotations and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor account health by analysing performance, client satisfaction and business alignment, delivering actionable insights.
- Represent client priorities in operational meetings with product and technology teams.
Required profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in business or management.
- 2‑3 years of proven key account management experience.
- 2‑3 years of experience in a tech‑driven environment or media company.
- Fluency in English and strong business acumen.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
