Key Account Manager Food Service & OOH

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for Food Service & OOH, you will accelerate growth across Food Service, Horeca and Out‑of‑Home channels within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You will shape the channel’s future by managing strategic customer relationships, creating winning sales strategies and uncovering new business opportunities while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve ambitious sales targets and expand Ferrero’s presence in the Foodservice industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Develop and execute sales planning initiatives and lead customer negotiations.
• Contribute to Route‑to‑Market strategies, monitor channel performance and identify growth opportunities through market analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive commercial initiatives.
• Oversee budget management, support promotional activities and evaluate profitability.
• Strengthen strategic partnerships and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Food Service sales or B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong expertise in channel and commercial management, and customer negotiations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and turn challenges into results.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, both internally and with customers.
• Highly analytical, comfortable working with data and performance metrics, and able to translate insights into action.
• Resilient, proactive, and passionate about building lasting customer relationships.
