About the role
The Business Development Officer is responsible for attracting, maintaining and growing relationships with SME clients, providing high‑value advisory services on the bank’s product portfolio. The role focuses on portfolio growth, cross‑selling and client retention within the Tlaquepaque district.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by expanding the client portfolio, cross‑selling products and acquiring new SME customers.
- Detect client needs, offer comprehensive advice and position the bank as the primary solution provider.
- Execute franchise‑defined campaigns and strategies to boost sales growth.
- Visit clients to identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans and ensure NPS targets are met.
- Monitor compliance with institutional controls, regulations and risk‑assessment guidelines.
Required profile
- Previous experience selling financial products, especially credit to companies.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer objections.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
