Junior Recruiting Specialist – EMEA (Sourcing & Coordination)

About the role

Join Cordis as a Junior Recruiting Specialist supporting talent acquisition across the EMEA region. You will focus on sourcing candidates and coordinating interview processes, working closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple functions.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens and initial assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates as needed.
• Provide market insights and talent mapping for key hiring areas.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional (0‑2 years of experience).
• Previous recruiting internship or coordination experience; sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, multinational environment.
