Junior Recruiting Specialist – EMEA (Sourcing & Coordination)

About the role

Join Cordis as a Junior Recruiting Specialist supporting talent acquisition across the EMEA region. You will focus on sourcing and coordination, helping to build pipelines and ensure smooth recruitment operations for multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications as needed.
• Provide market insights and talent mapping for key hiring areas.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional (0‑2 years of experience).
• Previous recruiting internship or coordination experience; sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and multinational environment.
