Junior Project Manager

About the role

Join Fever's Originals team in Lisbon to help shape unforgettable live‑entertainment experiences. As a Junior Project Manager you will develop, launch and manage events from concept to delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic planning, execution and reporting for key experiences, ensuring they can be scaled to other markets.
• Identify, develop and negotiate partnerships with venues and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to drive ticket sales and media coverage.
• Lead venue sourcing, contract negotiations and build long‑term strategic relationships.
• Analyze data and P&L to make informed decisions and optimise revenue.
• Represent the Fever brand at events and support global events teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a project‑management or consulting role (not a pure events background).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and negotiation abilities.
• High appetite for learning and ability to manage multiple work streams.
