Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join Dapper’s fast‑growing B2B agency in Lisbon. You will drive online growth for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients, from start‑ups to scale‑ups, by shaping strategy and executing paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Translate client briefs into clear, data‑driven media plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Analyse campaign data, generate insights and present results to clients in an understandable format.
• Continuously test new approaches, provide feedback and iterate to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Growth mindset with a habit of giving and receiving feedback.
• Proactive curiosity – you ask “why” behind briefs and push for better results.
• Strong ownership and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and create clear reports.
