Junior Project Manager

About the role

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the rollout of a new digital transformation platform for a global client. You will work within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain focus on project timelines and milestones to guarantee on‑time solution implementation.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, tracking progress against targets.
• Deeply understand the capabilities of the digital tools being deployed.
• Ensure delivery stays within budget and report status updates regularly.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, internal production teams, and external partners.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or marketing projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to navigate a complex, dynamic environment.
• Interest in tech‑driven implementation projects and innovative problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Experience with Adobe Workfront (or similar project management tools).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
