Junior IT Recruiter

About the role

Randstad Digital is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join its talent‑first team. You will focus on full‑cycle recruitment for technology positions, with a special emphasis on cybersecurity roles for the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for diverse IT positions, primarily in cybersecurity.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and niche tech communities.
• Conduct screening and interview sessions in English, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for SOC, Pentesting and GRC profiles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech.
• Strong desire to learn about infrastructure, information security and emerging tech trends.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, digital‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle tech recruitment.
• Active sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub for talent discovery.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity roles such as SOC, Pentesting and GRC.
