Junior Human Resources Analyst

About the role

The Junior Human Resources Analyst will support the execution and continuous improvement of core HR processes across the organization. This role blends HR operations, systems administration, data analysis, and process coordination to deliver accurate and high‑quality HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Global HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and user support.
• Collect, maintain, analyze, and report HR metrics to aid business decisions.
• Support the development and upkeep of HR policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance.
• Assist in core HR processes such as goal setting, performance management, and appraisal cycles.
• Facilitate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and global employee processes.
• Help with compensation activities like salary reviews, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and HR projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, management, or social sciences.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
