Junior Helpdesk Technician

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a motivated Junior Helpdesk Technician to join its growing IT team. You will provide first‑line technical support to both onsite and remote users while helping to maintain a secure and efficient technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support to onsite and remote users.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, device provisioning, and access configuration.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Support Microsoft 365 services and assist in the administration of Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient incident resolution.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Helpdesk or Technical Support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent user support.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required.
