Junior Cyber Project Manager (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Cyber Project Manager to support leadership in tracking cyber initiatives, maintaining governance processes, and improving knowledge management across the team. This contract position runs until 1 December with a possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Track progress across multiple cyber workstreams and maintain visibility of project plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with team members to move deliverables forward and surface risks.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation to meet audit‑ready and compliance standards.
• Organise working documents so they are searchable, repeatable and reusable.
• Capture key decisions, updates and actions in a consistent format.
• Support overall knowledge‑management efforts using collaboration tools.
• Provide general coordination support to reduce operational load on leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience supporting cyber, security or IT‑focused teams in a coordination, project‑management or operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on documentation and process requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with knowledge‑management or documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
• Proven ability to track project plans, roadmaps and task progress across multiple workstreams.
