Junior CRM Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join our Lisbon office. The role is fully on‑site and focuses on planning, executing and monitoring CRM campaigns that support our marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and run CRM campaigns using internal systems, ensuring all parameters are correctly configured.
- Organise project data and track progress with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Review task details and campaign components meticulously before launch to guarantee accuracy.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies, work with managers to resolve issues quickly.
- Proofread translations and refine final copy to maintain high quality standards.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Clear, proactive communication and strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Google Sheets.
