About the role
We are looking for a Junior Banking Operations professional to join Inetum’s banking team in Lisbon. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of operational projects, develop industry knowledge and grow your career in a dynamic, innovation‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily banking operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver project tasks.
- Assist in data collection, reporting and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Team spirit, analytical mindset, flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
