JavaScript Developer – Node.js & Front‑end

About the role

Adentis is seeking a JavaScript Developer to join its growing team in Portugal. You will work on both backend services using Node.js and Express and front‑end applications with modern JavaScript frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server‑side APIs with Node.js and Express.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React, Angular or similar frameworks.
• Write automated tests using Mocha, Jasmine or comparable tools.
• Collaborate on micro‑service or SOA architectures and integrate with MongoDB and Redis data stores.
• Containerize applications with Docker and support continuous integration pipelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript.
• Solid experience developing with Node.js, including Express.
• Good knowledge of at least one front‑end framework such as React or Angular.
