Italian-Speaking Junior Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal‑oriented Italian‑speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lisbon. This junior position is designed for candidates who want to develop their telesales skills and build a career in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM systems.
• Promptly follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a target‑oriented attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to grow professionally.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
