About the role
We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. You will provide support in Italian and English for a leading business travel platform, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Italian and English.
- Ensure high‑quality, accurate, and timely service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Native‑level fluency in Italian and fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Gross salary of €1,000 per month (paid over 14 months).
- Attendance bonus of €100 per month (paid over 11 months).
- Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day.
- Monday‑Friday schedule, 08:00‑17:00.
- On‑site work location in Porto.
