Italian Recruiter (BPO) – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

We are looking for an Italian Recruiter to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in Lisbon or Porto. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and hiring Italian‑speaking talent for a variety of positions within the BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to offer – for Italian‑speaking candidates.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and networking.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate skills and cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and align recruitment activities with business needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices to refine sourcing approaches.
• Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within BPO or a similar fast‑paced sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
