IT Support Technician (L1/L2) – Multilingual (PT/FR/ENG)

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to provide first‑ and second‑level assistance to internal users. The role is multilingual, requiring fluency in Portuguese, French and English, and will be based in Lisbon with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets, diagnose issues, and deliver timely resolutions for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior teams while maintaining clear communication with users.
• Document solutions and update knowledge‑base articles to improve support efficiency.
• Participate in routine system maintenance and monitor service performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in L1 and L2 IT support.
• Strong command of Portuguese, French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, common office applications, and basic networking concepts.
