IT Support Specialist – IT Operations

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Solution Delivery Organization in Lisbon. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support, ensuring stable and secure IT services for users across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support via TOPdesk and other channels.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to endpoints, applications, Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure services.
• Maintain and administer Active Directory, Intune, VPN solutions and mobile device management.
• Create and update technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in IT projects supporting business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, help‑desk, desktop support or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional user‑focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Azure and solid understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoints and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with SAP, industrial scanners or additional languages is a plus.
