About the role
We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our team in Lisbon. The role focuses on providing first‑line technical assistance to keep the company’s IT environment running smoothly. You will work on‑site in our Lisbon office, interacting directly with end‑users to deliver reliable support.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network incidents with minimal downtime.
- Manage and update tickets in the company’s ticketing system.
- Create and maintain internal documentation for procedures and solutions.
- Support both Linux and Windows operating systems across the organization.
- Ensure timely communication with users, prioritize tickets based on impact, and collaborate with other IT teams when necessary.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong ability to identify and fix technical issues quickly.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and documentation practices.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently while following established processes.
