IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

Fyld is seeking an IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist to join its consulting team in Leiria. You will provide technical assistance to end‑users and maintain the company’s IT environment, ensuring reliable performance across hardware, software, and network layers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain computers, printers, and network equipment.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure incidents.
• Administer servers, perform backups, and manage IT infrastructure.
• Implement and uphold IT security best practices.

Required profile

• Academic background in IT, Computer Science, Systems Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of responsibility.

• Microsoft Windows environments
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Network troubleshooting (LAN, VLAN, VPN, firewall)
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
• SQL Server
• Sophos firewalls and endpoint security (nice to have)
• PHC (nice to have)
• ZoneSoft (nice to have)
