IT Support (French & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual IT Support professional to act as the single point of contact for users, handling both routine and non‑routine incidents, problems and service requests. The role provides first‑line assistance for a range of Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and resolve first‑line incidents and service requests.
• Support standard technical queries related to Microsoft applications, OS, networking and hardware.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level teams to meet SLA targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce statistical reports.
• Document actions taken and follow established processes.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a helpful work environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Works well under supervision and takes ownership of customer issues.
• Committed to personal development with a clear development plan.
• Shows business awareness of the customer’s environment and service requirements.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite and related products.
• Windows operating system administration.
• Basic networking concepts.
• PC hardware troubleshooting.
