About the role

We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our Digital Workplace team in Lisbon. The role involves providing L1/L2 technical support for high‑security critical systems within an international automotive innovation hub.

Key responsibilities

Deliver specialized L1/L2 support for the digital workplace environment.
Maintain and support server infrastructure and automation/deployment pipelines.

Required profile

Fluent English communication skills.
Experience with L1/L2 IT support in a hybrid work setting.
