IT Risk and Cyber Analyst

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking an IT Risk and Cyber Analyst to join its rapidly expanding team in Porto. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with international project teams to protect the company’s digital assets and ensure robust risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cyber risks across the organization.
• Monitor network security and respond to incidents promptly.
• Support the design and implementation of IT architecture aligned with security standards.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on secure integration of technologies such as CFT, MQ and Kafka.
• Produce risk reports and recommendations for senior management.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT risk, cybersecurity or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
