IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Porto. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tech talent for our clients while supporting the growth of our people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and select IT professionals for a variety of technical roles.
• Publish job advertisements and screen CVs to identify qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Manage client requirements and contribute to business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience (experience in the IT sector is a plus).
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and legal authorization to work in Portugal.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong sense of responsibility, time‑management, organisational, analytical and communication skills.
