IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Porto)

About the role

Adentis is looking for an IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Porto. You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting and placing IT professionals across our service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements and screen CVs for IT positions.
• Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing technical and cultural fit.
• Manage client requirements and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and legal authorization to work in Portugal.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong sense of responsibility, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset and effective communication abilities.
