Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Engage with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of IT roles.
• Maintain a pipeline of talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high‑quality hires on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Previous experience in a consulting or staffing environment (preferred).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle several recruitment projects in a dynamic setting.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset.
