About the role
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and combine a passion for people with a deep interest in technology. In this role you will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment of IT professionals, ensuring we attract the right talent for our projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process from job profiling to onboarding.
- Source and attract IT profiles across various specialties.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the IT market and trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Solid experience in job profiling and managing recruitment processes from A to Z.
- Strong knowledge of the IT market and proven ability to source IT candidates.
- Experience in IT consulting or outsourcing is preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
