IT Recruiter Intern

About the role

Join InnoTech as an IT Recruiter Intern and support the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, evaluate, and onboard talented IT professionals while gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to final hiring.
• Create and publish job advertisements and review incoming applications.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms with diverse strategies.
• Conduct initial screening interviews (phone/video) and coordinate with hiring managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Eligibility for an IEFP Estágio de Inserção program.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (4 days per week onsite at Picoas).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
