IT Operations & Infrastructure Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, is looking for a bilingual (English/French) IT Operations & Infrastructure Project Manager to join its Lisbon campus. You will support production operations and drive small‑to‑medium infrastructure projects for a major IT organization within the group.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor operational projects, ensuring quality delivery.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with budget and resource tracking, coordinating internal and external contributors.
• Produce regular project reports for stakeholders.
• Apply KLx project management standards and methodologies.
• Ensure solutions meet business and technical compliance requirements.
• Facilitate communication between infrastructure, operations, network, security, project and business teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, infrastructure, operations or PMO.
• Ability to lead small‑to‑medium projects autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Organised, rigorous tracking of actions, risks, deliverables and timelines.
• Fluent in English and French.

• Linux operating systems.
• Network concepts and monitoring.
• ITIL framework.
• Change management processes.
• Project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, CAPM) – strong advantage.
