IT Operations Engineer (DevOps & Production Services)

About the role

The IT Operations Engineer will ensure the stability, security and operational readiness of applications and infrastructure in an Agile and DevOps environment. Acting as a bridge between Development, Infrastructure, Security and Production Support, the role integrates operational requirements into solution design and drives automation across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of scalable, secure and resilient technical solutions and ensure production requirements are addressed throughout projects.
• Integrate infrastructure, monitoring, security and automation needs into the product backlog and support development teams in delivering reliable solutions.
• Manage and maintain production and non‑production environments, facilitate deployments, infrastructure provisioning and environment readiness.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and observability solutions, support incident resolution and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain operational documentation, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures, and mitigate operational risks.
• Drive automation, Infrastructure‑as‑Code and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience supporting production‑critical applications and infrastructure in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of IT risk management, cybersecurity fundamentals and incident/problem/change management.
