IT Operations Engineer (DevOps & Production)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to act as a key stakeholder throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that production, infrastructure, monitoring, and security requirements are embedded from design through deployment and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining and validating technical solutions.
• Incorporate production, infrastructure, security, and operational requirements into project planning and backlogs.
• Promote adoption of resilient, monitored, and secure products and services.
• Support development teams to accelerate and secure delivery.
• Implement and coordinate user stories related to infrastructure, automation, and operational improvements.
• Raise awareness of production best practices across project teams.
• Facilitate solution deployments, releases, and ensure environment availability.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and service supervision solutions.
• Identify operational risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Contribute to incident management, disaster recovery, backup, and continuity activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, performance optimisation, and IaC adoption.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Production Engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk and cyber‑security principles.
• Professional English communication skills.
