IT Onsite Technician

About the role
We are looking for an IT Onsite Technician to join our global IT infrastructure team. You will provide hands‑on support for hardware, software, mobile devices and network issues while managing tickets in ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities
- Update and manage incident and request tickets in ServiceNow.
- Perform regular stock and inventory checks of IT equipment.
- Handle onboarding and off‑boarding tasks for end users.
- Deliver onsite support for computer‑related incidents.
- Assist users with hardware, software, mobile devices and network connectivity problems.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience resolving onsite computer incidents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presence and courteous manner when dealing with users.
Required skills
- ServiceNow ticketing platform.
- Mac OS (basic knowledge).
- Hardware troubleshooting.
- Software troubleshooting.
- Network troubleshooting.
- Mobile device support.
