IT Finance Analyst, Global

About the role

The Global IT Finance Analyst will own and support financial planning for a worldwide IT organization. You will work closely with finance, IT leaders, and regional teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets and 3‑5 year financial plans for the global IT function.
• Track financial performance, monitor KPIs, and conduct variance analysis across regions and functions.
• Analyze operational data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Create and maintain IT financial models, cost allocation, and charge‑back methodologies.
• Consolidate forecasts, provide insights, and explain budget and performance variances.
• Support financial risk management, internal controls, governance, and J‑SOX compliance.
• Automate financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards, presentations, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align priorities and support change initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IT finance within large, complex organizations.
• Experience in consulting, multinational corporations, or dynamic start‑up environments is desirable.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, functions, financial analysis techniques)
