International Business Manager – Nearshore

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a dynamic International Business Manager to drive growth in our nearshore delivery model. You will act as the bridge between international clients and our consulting teams, ensuring seamless project execution and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in international markets through research, networking, and client engagement.
• Manage relationships with international clients and consultants, guaranteeing high satisfaction and smooth cross‑border communication.
• Coordinate nearshore delivery, aligning client expectations with consultant performance and project needs.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring margin control, risk management, and profitability of the business unit.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align nearshore strategy with overall company growth objectives.
• Support recruitment for international projects, including conducting interviews when needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or similar roles.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong motivation to achieve goals.
• BSc or MSc in Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
