Internal Auditor – Technology

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Internal Auditor focused on technology and cybersecurity to strengthen its risk management framework. You will evaluate the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and third‑party services, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT and cybersecurity audit methodologies and procedures.
• Define the scope of audits and create the internal audit plan for technology domains.
• Analyse alignment of IT strategy, infrastructure and systems with business objectives, identifying risks and control gaps.
• Conduct audit reviews, including risk analysis, testing and data analysis, in line with regulatory standards and global audit policies.
• Identify root causes of issues, regulatory gaps and improvement opportunities for IT infrastructure, security and third‑party services.
• Prepare recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders such as the Head of Internal Audit (France) and the global audit team.
• Track audit outcomes, coordinate management responses and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as an IT auditor, IT consultant or IT supervisor handling technology and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Experience in data‑privacy assessments and overall IT control environments.
• Background in financial services, fintech or a technology‑driven financial institution.

Required skills

• Knowledge of technology standards such as COBIT, ITIL and ISO frameworks.
• Familiarity with SPEI audit processes.
• Understanding of IT regulatory requirements and data‑privacy regulations.
