Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Information Technology Project Manager to lead large, complex, cross‑functional programs. The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple projects or portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple related projects to achieve strategic business goals.
• Define program roadmaps, success metrics, milestones, business cases and execution plans.
• Partner with senior executives, business sponsors and cross‑functional teams to ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Establish governance structures, status reporting and performance dashboards.
• Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocations and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement, implement best practices and promote a culture of excellence.
• Mentor project managers and cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years total experience with 6–10 years in program or project management leadership.
• Proven track record in M&A programs, HR IT & Payroll implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet.
• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Understanding of SDLC, product development and digital transformation.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred).
