ICT Compliance & Digital Operational Resilience Trainee

About the role

Euronext is looking for an ICT Compliance and Digital Operational Resilience Trainee in Porto, working with the Head of Corporate Compliance and the compliance team. The role centres on supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) framework, while also contributing to the wider digital regulatory landscape.

Key responsibilities

• DORA: support requirement mapping, gap analyses and documentation of controls
• Support control testing and evidence collection for internal and external assurance on DORA requirements
• Monitor DORA regulatory developments, including technical standards and EBA and ESMA guidelines, and summarise their impact
• Help prepare reporting, dashboards and materials for governance committees on DORA implementation
• NIS2: contribute to activities such as scoping in-scope entities and summarising governance and cybersecurity risk-management requirements
• Cyber Resilience Act: review its potential impact on products with digital elements and on third-party and software supply chains, as time allows
• Data Act: assist with introductory analysis of data access, sharing and cloud switching provisions
• AI Act: assist with initial mapping of AI systems against the AI Act under team guidance
• Regulatory watch log: contribute to a general data-protection monitoring component and flag material developments
