IAM Project Manager

About the role

Decskill is seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead the onboarding of new applications to its Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. You will work closely with global and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IAM initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end project plans for onboarding applications to the IGA tool.
• Monitor, report and escalate progress, status, and reconciliation compliance for the group.
• Ensure deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time.
• Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to automate reconciliation processes.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts such as application onboarding, RBAC, provisioning, reconciliation, recertification and segregation of duties.
• Maintain relationships with business owners, application teams, and security/compliance groups.
• Lead steering committee meetings, status updates and risk/issue reviews.
• Identify, log and triage issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolutions.
• Produce dashboards, risk registers and KPI reports (e.g., % of applications onboarded).
• Act as liaison between Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading large‑scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
• 5+ years hands‑on experience delivering IAM/IGA initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance.
• Application onboarding, entitlement models (RBAC), provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, segregation of duties.
• PowerBI and Tableau for KPI dashboards.
