About the role
We are looking for an HR Technician to support personnel management and administration, ensuring compliance with national and international labour regulations. The role involves handling payroll, social security obligations and providing accurate HR reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly salaries and manage payroll related tasks.
- Carry out fiscal and social security obligations for staff.
- Maintain personnel files for cost accounting and ensure proper documentation.
- Record attendances, absences, overtime, sickness and holidays.
- Report and account for assignment costs and standard hourly rates.
- Analyse actual, forecast and balance‑sheet labour costs.
- Provide regular HR reports and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
- Support HR planning and scheduling to optimise resource distribution.
Required profile
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in an HR environment is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
