HR Reporting and Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an HR Reporting and Analytics Manager to lead the collection, validation and analysis of HR data across multiple platforms. The role will provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions, workforce planning and performance management for a global leader in offshore energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee gathering, organization and validation of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytics tools for all levels of the organization.
• Partner with HR leadership and HRIS teams to align reporting strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital and HR teams to improve data integration, reporting processes and accessibility.
• Promote a data‑driven culture by acting as the primary liaison for analytics initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements using new tools, technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, regulatory requirements and data privacy laws.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR Reporting and Analytics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience managing HR data, reporting and analytics in a large, global organization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations and reporting standards.
