HR Data Consultant (French/English)

About the role

Join mc2i’s Data & AI department as an HR Data Consultant, working on‑site with a client to turn large volumes of HR data into strategic insights. You will support HR data governance, reporting, and analytics while contributing to the firm’s HR Data offering.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and structure unstructured HR data to make it actionable.
• Design and implement HR data governance frameworks and information flow architectures.
• Develop HR reporting solutions, including social audits, KPIs, and workforce simulations.
• Participate in change‑management activities, from functional design to technical deployment.
• Contribute to the Data & AI hub by conducting studies on HR data governance, performance, and strategic workforce planning.
• Support commercial activities and create content for publications such as blogs and press releases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Initial experience with data tools in an HR context.
• Experience managing HR data campaigns (regulatory or corporate reporting).
• Motivation to develop HR data solutions and participate in large‑scale transformation projects.
