HR Business Partner

About the role

Delnext is seeking a senior, generalist HR professional to lead and transform its people function. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving culture, talent development and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, career development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor relations, employer branding, culture and compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence people‑related business decisions and shape organizational strategy.
• Design and execute talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Implement digital HR solutions and analytics tools to automate processes and enable data‑driven decisions.
• Lead change management projects, ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal policies, and oversee strategic HR projects with measurable impact.
• Coach, support and develop the HR team, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience covering all HR subsystems, with proven leadership or coordination of HR teams.
• Strong strategic vision and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
