HR Administrator

About the role

The HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll support, and employee queries while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support recruitment activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration by preparing and verifying HR data.
• Manage leave requests, attendance tracking, and respond to employee HR queries.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and other required documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and various HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Recent graduate or 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
